I just wanted to share this article I came across today. It's basic, to the point, and a little dry. Yet it's one of the best running articles I've ever read. It breaks down the science of running, and why we train the way we do. It touches on interval and speed work, and the proper way to incorporate those workouts into a training plan. But what I find the most beneficial, for both new and seasoned runners, is that it promotes and endorses good running habits and routines. Well done runnersconnect!!!
